2.How do I get my phone shipped to a different address than my confirmed paypal address?

I can only ship to a confirmed address or I do not get any protection. It is easy to get confirmed. Log onto your paypal account and click on the profile link at the top right of the page. Then click address on the left of the next screen. Next to your address it should say unconfirmed and a link to click to confirm it. It is pretty easy, but call if you have any questions. After you get it done, grab a screenshot of the page that says it is confirmed and e-mail it to me. Here is a great easy program to use for screenshots if you need it.

Try a hard reset:

Remove battery cover. Hold down red phone button while you tap reset button next to battery. Keep red phone button down until you see grey palm circle. When you let go it will ask to reset with up arrow.

1.How do I do a hard reset?

Try a hard reset:
Hold down the power button on the top then push the reset on the back (unscrew the tip of the stylus and there is a reset toll in there). Hold down the power until you see the grey palm circle and then let go. It will ask if you want to do a hard reset, push the up arrow.

2.Why is my phone making so much noise when it is charging?

The phone will turn off and on until the phone is charged enough. If you leave it alone for about 10 minutes it will stop.......this only happens when the phone has 0 charge.

3.Why is my phone making a buzzing noise while I am on it?

It is a grounding issue with the battery. There is a 5 minute fix for this. Get a T5 Torx screwdriver. There are 4 T5 screws on the back of the phone. One under the antenna and one behind the stylus and two at the bottom of the phone. After taking them out you can pop apart the case. Then take a little piece of tin foil and a little piece of electrical tape and wrap them around the cable that goes from the battery to the phone. Use the tape to keep the foil on. Then you can close it and screw it back together. This is a common issue that happens with these.

1.How to do a hard reset?

To perform a Hard Reset using the Stylus Mechanically:

Remove the stylus located on the back housing of the i730.
Locate the PDA/Lock key (or 3-way functioning slider bar) on the left hand side of the i730. This will have icon similar to a padlock and a sun.
Slide down the PDA/Lock key (or 3-way functioning slider bar) DO NOT RELEASE AT THIS TIME, continually hold it in this position until mentioned to release. (See Figure 1)
Insert the stylus into the recessed reset button hole, located at the bottom left corner of the unit labeled "Reset". (See Figure 2)
Release both the stylus and the PDA/Lock key at the same time - (you should see a screen stating M.I.T.S) after removal.
When the device finishes its boot process, a Windows Mobile screen will instruct you to “Tap the screen to set up your Pocket PC.”

NOTE: Once setup has completed, if Sprite Backup was installed it will restore the PIM databases and display a message stating so.
